We want you to be truly satisfied with your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please include your receipt. Sorry, shipping costs cannot be refunded. Insure the return shipment for the full value with "tracking." Returns lost in return shipping cannot be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations of your on-line order must be made within 24 hours of the purchase. After this 24 hour period from your order, a $ 2.00 cancellation fee will apply on orders that have been submitted for payment and cancelled.
DELIVERY:
Delivery of items is dependent on United States Postal Service, as this is shipped USPS Priority Mail. Items are packed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase and are subject to arrival times and tracking mechanisms of the third-party shipping vendor.
